HOP’s ICE project shortlisted for two major design awards
13 May 2026
Big recognition for a bold workplace, and we couldn’t be prouder.
HOP’s project for ICE Services at 7 Devonshire Square has been shortlisted for not one, but two major industry awards.
The project first landed a spot at the inaugural Workspace Design Show London Awards 2026, shortlisted for Office Design of the Year (Under 3000 sqm) thanks to its people-first thinking, standout design features and highly flexible environment.
Built to drive growth, collaboration and connection, the scheme blends adaptive reuse with bold ceilings, dynamic shared spaces and an arrival experience designed to completely break the mould.

Now, the project has also been shortlisted for the prestigious London Mix Awards 2026 in the Project of the Year – Workplace Interiors – 10-15k sq ft category, one of the biggest celebrations of commercial interior design across the UK and Europe. Winners will be announced on 25 June 2026 at Battersea Evolution.
A huge shoutout to the incredible team behind the project, including Knight Frank, Hunters – The Furniture Company, JUMP Joinery, and of course to ICE for backing a workplace with real personality.
Two shortlistings. One seriously exciting project. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone at the Mix Awards!
