HOP 2025 Rewind

As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been an incredibly rewarding year for HOP – and to thank our clients, collaborators, partners, and of course the HOP team, who made it all possible.

From £450k to £7.7m and spanning 2,500 sq ft to 44,000 sq ft, we’ve delivered some beautiful, bold, and transformative new workplaces across London and beyond. From landmark City addresses to confidential global headquarters, every project has reinforced what we value most: strong relationships, thoughtful design and quality delivery.

We were especially proud to continue working with 70% repeat clients this year, a testament to the trust built through our long-term partnerships.

 

Project highlights included:

• A 44,000 sq ft HQ across four floors at 125 Old Broad Street for our repeat client, a leading global insurer. With more floors kicking-off next year
• Bringing a historic, warehouse-style building back to life to create a design-led CAT A+ space at 80 Great Eastern Street
• Expanding a global fashion brands London HQ in White City
• Creating an uplifting, flexible, future-facing workplace where collaboration feels effortless and focus comes naturally for the ICE Services team at DSQ7

Beyond our projects, 2025 has also been a year of growth for our team. We celebrated well-earned promotions, congratulating Ian Mayze as he stepped up to Pre-Construction Director and James Lang to Partner, alongside welcoming nine new team members to allow us to deliver bigger, bolder, and more inspiring workplaces.

 

We also made time to come together and celebrate as a team – from our summer social at Royal Ascot, to launching HOPSki (returning next year!), and enjoying our Christmas party earlier this week at London Cabaret Club – we’ve had plenty of laughs together.

This year also marked an important milestone as HOP achieved ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 accreditation, strengthening our commitment to quality, sustainability and wellbeing.

Looking Ahead to 2026

The year ahead is already shaping up to be an exciting one, with plenty of new projects secured and on-site.

In 2026, we’ll also be:

• Expanding our service offering to better support our clients – more on this coming soon!
• Launching our ESG journey – continuing to invest in our people, planet, processes and partnerships
• Building on our strong foundations and evolving the HOP brand with a fresh new look coming soon…
